There are dozens of different restaurants, pubs and bars in and around Flachau. Sadly we have not yet had the chance to visit them all. Why not drop us an email after your visit and give us some feedback about your favourites?

Our favourites so far have been:

• Jagdhof - Great Pizza's, very children friendly with in door and out door play areas and a great 1 Euro internet service that helps you keep up to date with your emails.
• Waldgasthof - This is on the Griessenkarweg service road and at the middle chair lift station on the Griessenkar Mountain. We really liked Fr. Huber who treated us with great kindness and great food. She has a lovely indoor and outside play area with stunning views over the valley towards Sattelbauer.
• Sattelbauer - This is on the opposite side of the valley and is a very friendly mountain restaurant with great hiking from either Flachau or Altenmarkt.
• Winterbauer - This is a super 4 star Hotel on the top of a hill just outside Flachau. Great organics food and super views over two valleys.
• Musistadl - The nearest bar to the apartment is only five minutes away and has live traditional music every night and a super playground.
• Hoagascht - Recommended for the evenings by one and all.
